These projects are decided at the National council held every year.
National Workcamp/Solidarity week
all YCS members who are active show their solidarity with the people by being involved together in a nation building action or development program at one place within the country. However, a workcamp needs a lot preparation and all members need to be notified at least a term in advance. At this workcamp YCS members have a unique experience of being involved with other students, in common action for the betterment of society
We feel united in purpose. We meet different people from different groups in different parts of the country. We share our work, food, play and ideas with them and make many new interesting contacts. This work camp provides interaction between students and the community it unifies the aim, objective and method of the movement.
Financial project
these are fundraising projects which will help to raise enough money to finance the movement and help it to grow. These can be varied. All YCS members are expected to participate in all these projects. It is through them that people become aware of YCS and to make us in the movement more aware of our responsibility towards our society.
