Aims of the Movement

  1. to develop in students an awareness of the presence of Christ and to deepen their understanding of the Gospel and teachings of the Church.
  2. To involve all young students in small actions that help to promote justice, in their immediate environments.
  3. To enable students and all young people to have a critical view of the social, economic, political realities of their countries and the world at large in terms of the good of all people and gospel values.
  4. To create solidarity among youths in all schools, colleges, and universities in the world.
  5. To conscientize students about worker realities and help them appreciate the role played by the workers helping to bridge the gap between intellectuals and the workers.
  6. To prepare students for their future and to encourage them to become responsible.
  7. To help the young people to develop a sensitive attitude towards the needs of their fellow people and especially towards the poor, spiritually and materially
